Services

Services are offered in various packages, each with a specific number of photos, videos, edits, and prints included.

Packages are priced per session.

To add more photos/videos than included in a single session, clients must either:

Book an additional editing session.

Pay an additional fee.

Upgrade to the Pro Monthly Plan (if available) for the selected package.

Securing Your Booking

To reserve a specific date, time, and professional photographer/videographer for your session, a $50 non-refundable security deposit is required. This deposit ensures that your chosen time slot is reserved exclusively for you and prevents unnecessary bookings and cancellations from impacting other clients.

Payment Schedule

A $50 non-refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date, time, and chosen professional.

The remaining balance will be due after your photos or videos have been processed and before we send the final results to you.

Cancellations

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, minus a 6.9% processing fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $80 cancellation fee.

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests are encouraged with at least 24 hours' notice to allow for proper planning.

No Fee Rescheduling: Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will incur no additional charges.

Luminous Oasis Rescheduling: Luminous Oasis reserves the right to reschedule bookings if the selected time is unavailable. Clients will be offered alternative appointment times for their convenience.

 

Revisions

Revision Limits: Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions per photo/video session, as outlined in the specific package details.

Major Revisions: Major revisions, such as substantial alterations to the original creative vision, may incur additional charges.

 

Location Fees

External Location Fees: For photo/video shoots at locations requiring tickets, passes, or subscriptions, an additional fee may be applied to cover these costs.

Off-Site Location Fees: For photo/video shoots outside of Denver, CO, USA, an additional fee will be applied to cover travel expenses (e.g., plane tickets, gas, train, etc.)

 

Pricing

Luminous Oasis reserves the right to adjust pricing for services at any time without prior notice. This may include adjustments for sales, discounts, or business needs.

 

Studio Usage

Clients are expected to respect the studio property and refrain from littering, causing damage, or loitering outside of their scheduled session.

 

Project Turnaround Times

Standard Turnaround: Photo/video projects typically have a 7-14 business day turnaround time for editing.

Project Complexity: Turnaround times may vary depending on the specific project requirements and chosen package.

 

Urgent Requests 

Urgent requests may require adjustments to the standard turnaround time. Clients will be provided with regular updates on project progress.

 

Modifications

Luminous Oasis reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Order Processing and Shipping

We aim to process and ship your order within 2-7 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Returns and Refunds

You may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if it does not meet your standards.

A 6.9% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing costs.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of the estimated shipping window, please contact our support team at support@luminous-oasis.com with your order number.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the estimated shipping window, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at support@luminous-oasis.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will then issue you a replacement or a full refund.

 

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All products and artwork are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not resell our products.

Scanning, taking pictures, or making copies of printed artwork is not allowed.

If you would like a digital copy of any artwork, please purchase the digital file through our store.

 

Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

If your product is damaged during shipping, this warranty applies (see Missing or Damaged Items section above).

To claim a warranty replacement or refund, please contact our support team at support@luminous-oasis.com with your order number and photos or description of the issue.

 

Digital Orders

When purchased you will be granted a license to use the downloadable content for personal use only. This will be in a PDF format with links to download the content in different sizes.

 

Restrictions

You may not modify the photos.

Uploading to public websites or taking screenshots is prohibited for personal use licenses.

Resale of the content is not allowed.

Printed copies cannot be made from downloaded files (purchase prints through the store).

Sharing content & download links is strictly forbidden.

 

Obtaining A Commercial Use License

If you require the content for commercial use please email us at support@luminous-oasis.com. A $20 fee will be added and you'll receive the commercial use license via email.

 

Commercial Use License

With purchase, you are permitted to upload the content for commercial purposes, provided you credit the source with a link to the official online store.

 

Refund Policy:

Digital purchases cannot be refunded or returned as it's a direct download.

Project Agreements

Each project will have a Project Agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, payments, and revisions. The Project Agreement prevails if there are conflicts with these Terms.

 

Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear briefs, timely feedback, payment, and ensuring you have necessary rights for provided materials. We are responsible for professional design services, delivering agreed-upon designs, and maintaining communication.

 

Payment

Payment terms are in the Project Agreement. We may suspend services for non-payment.

 

Revisions

The number of revisions is specified in the Project Agreement. Additional revisions may incur fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved designs (excluding pre-existing elements) transfers to you. We may showcase designs in our portfolio.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate a Project Agreement with written notice. You are responsible for paying for completed work up to termination.

 

Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability 

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.
