Cancellation Policy

Services Video editing services are offered in various packages, each with a specific number of projects included. Packages are priced per editing session. To edit more photos than included in a single session, clients must: Book an additional editing session. Upgrade to the Pro Monthly Plan (if available) for the selected package. Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests will be honored for projects that have not yet commenced. A full refund, minus a 6.9% processing fee, will be issued for eligible cancellations. Once a project has begun or been completed, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted. Revisions Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions per project, as outlined in the specific package details. Major revisions, such as significant changes to the original vision, may incur additional charges. Intellectual Property Clients retain copyright of their original videos. Luminous Oasis reserves the right to use edited videos for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Disclaimer Luminous Oasis uses its best efforts to provide high-quality editing services. However, Luminous Oasis does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Luminous Oasis is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of edited videos. Governing Law This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denver, Colorado. Modifications Luminous Oasis reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
