Refinement & Revisions: We'll work with you to refine the designs, ensuring they meet your expectations. File Delivery: We'll provide you with high-resolution print-ready files for easy production. Our Apparel Design Service Includes: Custom designs for a wide range of apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, bags, and more. Unique designs for businesses and brands, incorporating logos, slogans, and brand messaging. Personalized designs for individuals, reflecting their interests, hobbies, or personal style. Optional Apparel Ready Clothing: Customers may choose to either purchase premium t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, etc., through us or have the file sent to them and choose to send it to another print company. Cancellation Policy
Services We offer graphic design services including flyers, social media graphics, web design, business cards, logos, posters, menus, brochures, apparel design, and more. Specific project details will be outlined in a separate Project Agreement. Project Agreements Each project will have a Project Agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, payments, and revisions. The Project Agreement prevails if there are conflicts with these Terms. Responsibilities You are responsible for providing clear briefs, timely feedback, payment, and ensuring you have necessary rights for provided materials. We are responsible for professional design services, delivering agreed-upon designs, and maintaining communication. Payment Payment terms are in the Project Agreement. We may suspend services for non-payment. Revisions The number of revisions is specified in the Project Agreement. Additional revisions may incur fees. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved designs (excluding pre-existing elements) transfers to you. We may showcase designs in our portfolio. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential. Termination Either party may terminate a Project Agreement with written notice. You are responsible for paying for completed work up to termination. Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. Modifications Luminous Oasis reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Governing Law This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denver, Colorado. Entire Agreement These Terms and the Project Agreement constitute the entire agreement.
