Terms and Conditions

Order Processing and Shipping
- We aim to process and ship your order within 2-7 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns and Refunds
- You may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if it does not meet your standards.
- A 6.9% processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing costs.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Missing or Damaged Items
- If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of the estimated shipping window, please contact our support team at support@luminous-oasis.com with your order number.
- If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the estimated shipping window, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at support@luminous-oasis.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will then issue you a replacement or a full refund.

- All products and artwork are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not resell our products.
- Scanning, taking pictures, or making copies of printed artwork is not allowed.
- If you would like a digital copy of any artwork, please purchase the digital file through our store.
Warranty
- All products come with a 30-day warranty.
- This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
- If your product is damaged during shipping, this warranty applies (see Missing or Damaged Items section above).
