Missing or Damaged Items

- If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the estimated shipping window, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at support@luminous-oasis.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will then issue you a replacement or a full refund.
